Increasing voter registration with a PDA survey solution

A public interest advocacy organization and other independent research groups sponsored a campaign to increase voter registration in the final weeks of a national election. MicroTech developed a hand-held, personal digital assistant (PDA) solution that allowed canvassers to reach hundreds of thousands of potential voters and to conduct surveys that helped to increase voter registration in the Presidential elections in several states.
